We’re super-excited to announce our latest integration with customer support platform, Freshdesk.
Freshdesk are an online support ticket platform which enables you to deliver exceptional customer service and make sure every customer query is resolved quickly and efficiently.
Our integration helps Freshdesk users go the extra mile by adding SMS to their communication toolkit. Not only will customers be able to get in touch via a text support number, but they will also receive the response back by text meaning they can manage their tickets on the go – really helpful if the customer needs an urgent answer!
You’ll need a FireText account and one for Freshdesk too, but we’ll make sure everything is hooked up so you can manage your support tickets as usual meaning there’s no extra work for you!
