Mail Merge
Mail Merge is the term given to the process of creating personalised letters, emails or SMS messages with the same content. Using a form containing variables in data and placeholders within the content which will be replaced with this data in order to personalise each mail item. In SMS marketing, customer’s names can be uploaded with each contact number as well as Custom Fields which can be used to personalise each individual text message when a group message is sent.
